In order to receive calls from an offender, the Texas Department of Criminal Justice (TDCJ) requires that you register and meet the following requirements:

1. The name on the registrant's driver's license or state identification card and the name on the telephone service bill/listing must match.
2. You must agree to the following conditions:



• You are the registered owner of the phone that will receive calls from the offender
• You will allow offender calls to this phone
• You are at least 18 years old
• You will not forward calls or make 3-way calls received from the offender

or call 1-866-806-7804 to register by phone

(requires Driver's License or other State ID number, offender's TDCJ Number
and you must call from the phone number you are registering.)
