- Be sure you have already followed the instructions to register your phone. If you have not previously registered your phone, please click here to enroll.
- Call 1.866.806.7804, option 1 for English or 2 for Spanish, then option 2 to check status. You will then need to enter the offender's TDCJ#. You will receive a recording with the status of your enrollment and will also be able to press an option to speak with a representative.
